Jeremy Adamson

Jeremy Adamson serves as the Director of Global Agriculture Policy at PepsiCo, where he leads the company’s work on U.S. agriculture policy, public-private partnerships, and efforts to scale regenerative agriculture. Based in Washington, D.C., Jeremy works with growers, commodity groups, state and federal partners, and supply-chain collaborators to advance policies and approaches that enable public-private partnerships, support farmer resiliency, conservation outcomes, and supply-chain stability. Most recently, Jeremy served in senior roles at the U.S. Department of Agriculture, including as Chief of Staff for Research, Education, and Economics and as Senior Policy Advisor at the Foreign Agricultural Service. In these roles, he supported USDA’s work on regenerative agriculture, science and research strategy, measurement and data efforts, and international collaboration on agricultural innovation.

Prior to his government service, Jeremy held senior private-sector roles with organizations including Certis Biologicals, Corteva Agriscience, and Nutrien, working across crop inputs, agronomy, and farm-facing commercial functions that supported grower adoption and market development across North America. A native of Merrillville, Indiana, Jeremy earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University’s College of Agriculture and remains active in mentoring future agricultural leaders.
