Chad Yagow has spent his lifetime in agriculture. Having grown up on a Central Illinois corn and soybean farm, Chad has parlayed his love of agriculture into a 25+ year career, first with DeKalb and Pioneer as part of their corn breeding research efforts, then with John Deere where he worked for 24+ years as both an engineer and an agronomist, and now with Verdant Robotics where he leads agronomy, industry relations, and regulatory affairs efforts. Chad has also been recognized as an ASABE Fellow and a National FFA American Degree recipient, and he still actively participates in corn, soybean, and popcorn production back home in Illinois.
